AFAQ TOWAIQ Contracting Est. was established in 2001.Our building and land survey division of ATC has to provide our valued potential clients with updated information about our construction services, building and land survey, maintenance services, rental equipment and completed projects. We are proud to state that ATC have been in the business of construction for more than a decade and has established a separate land & building survey division in 2011 with the goal of providing project owners with fast and accurate surveys. Since it was established, we steadily grown in size, level of experience and reach to provide its clients with diverse professional and reliable services across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our Organizational Structure
The business is driven by our 4 working directors, collectively they accumulated more than 60 years of work experience in the contracting field. They are involved in business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.
The management team pro-actively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points. Company policy is to arrange regular meetings with all staff.
Our people are vital in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skill, knowledge and attitude. A comprehensive training programme is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills.
